Job summary

MicroSourcing in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking a QA Tester – Agentic Web Application to join onsite night shift. You will execute end-to-end testing across web UI, APIs, and databases, validating AI agent behaviors and non-deterministic workflows.

You will build automated checks using Playwright/pytest and leverage AI tools to accelerate testing and root-cause analysis. This role emphasizes data quality and privacy within a healthcare/privacy-sensitive web environment.

Qualifications

• Professional QA/testing experience on production web applications with strong exploratory and regression testing capabilities.
• Practical experience inspecting HTTP/API requests, status codes, and reading basic application logs.
• Proven test automation experience (or demonstrated ability to build automated checks using Playwright, pytest, or similar tools).
• Strong attention to data quality, privacy, permissions, and failure handling in a web software environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency using modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor) to multiply QA testing speed and automation coverage.

Your Role

As a QA Tester – Agentic Web Application, you will:

What You Need

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience testing asynchronous, event-driven, or queue-based systems (SQS, Redis, webhooks, background jobs).
• Hands-on Playwright test automation experience and debugging flaky tests.
• SQL proficiency to directly query and validate data states in relational databases.
• Background in healthcare software testing or privacy-sensitive web applications.
