HireBooth is seeking a Senior Manual QA Tester to lead QA for our SaaS platform. The role focuses on functional, regression, and pre-release testing across web applications, with remote collaboration across a multinational team.

You will define test strategies, mentor peers, and coordinate testing with engineering, product, and analytics teams, ensuring release readiness during sprints and aligning with Australian business hours.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance/test analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategy, execution approaches, and coverage for web-based SaaS apps.
• Perform thorough functional, regression, and pre-release testing to ensure quality.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using Jira and TestRail-like tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams to influence release decisions.
• Scope and estimate QA efforts for sprint planning and deliverables.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Adapt QA processes with future automation and AI-assisted testing.
