Job summary

Beyond is hiring a senior, hands-on QA professional to join one of our delivery teams working with a European private equity and alternative assets firm. You’ll define the testing approach for modern web applications built with AI and agentic features.

You’ll be the first QA hire on this account, working directly with principal engineers and client stakeholders, and shaping QA practices from the start. This role requires strong automation skills, AI testing experience, and comfort presenting

Qualifications

• Senior Test Engineer with strong automated testing background
• Hands-on experience testing AI/LLM-enabled systems
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Willing to stay hands-on while shaping ways of working

Responsibilities

• Define and own QA strategy for client applications, including test automation
• Architect and maintain automated test suites (Playwright/TypeScript) from scratch
• Lead AI testing for AI-enabled features and validate non-deterministic behavior
• Leverage AI tools (Claude Code) to accelerate test creation and tooling
• Develop agentic testing frameworks and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Present testing strategies, metrics, and risk assessments to senior client stakeholders
• Ensure quality in a regulated financial setting with secure environments
