Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Chemist or Chemical Engineer; master's degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years in Food QA, R&D, or Manufacturing; 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in QA, QA testing, and analytical methods; audits and inspections experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage QA programs aligned with regulatory, global, and customer standards.
• Ensure compliance with QA policies, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other quality systems.
• Oversee QA operations, labs, and documentation to meet quality objectives and certifications.
• Lead initiatives to improve product quality and food safety while supporting growth and cost-efficiency.
• Manage department budgets, resources, and capability development plans.
• Coach and evaluate QA team members; identify training needs and support development.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, logistics, and regulatory agencies.
