Job summary

HRTx Inc in Cebu is seeking a results-driven Quality Assurance Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of QA and food safety programs across our production sites.

You will coordinate audits, ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, GMP, GLP, and other standards, mentor the QA team, and partner with regulators, suppliers, and internal teams to uphold product quality. The role requires 8–10 years in QA with at least 5 in a managerial capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
• Licensed Chemist, Chemical Engineer, or Chemical Technician with PRC license.
• 8–10 years in QA/food manufacturing, including 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of food science, quality systems, analytics, and safety standards (HACCP, ISO, SPC, GMP, GLP).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of QA and food safety programs.
• Monitor quality systems via audits, inspections, and performance reviews across sites and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations by coordinating with internal teams and regulators.
• Analyze quality performance, investigate issues, and drive corrective actions and improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team through planning, performance management, training.
