Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a QMS (Quality Management System) Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the ISO-aligned QMS.

You will drive audits, process reviews, and quality inspections to ensure consistent product and service quality across operations. The role requires 5–8 years in quality management with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, plus strong ISO knowledge and leadership, communication, and training abilities to guide staff and maintain audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years in quality management with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and QMS implementation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in compliance with ISO or company standards.
• Conduct internal audits, process reviews, and quality inspections.
• Identify areas for improvement and lead corrective/preventive actions.
• Train and guide employees on quality standards, procedures, and policies.
• Prepare QMS reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality compliance across operations.
• Support certification processes and maintain audit readiness.
