Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager for its Cebu F&B operations. This onsite role focuses on leading QA programs, ensuring product quality, and maintaining regulatory compliance across manufacturing sites and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in QA or related fields, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, and holds a relevant degree and license. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential to drive quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or related discipline is required.
• Licensed Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Chemical Technician, or holder of a relevant PRC license is preferred.
• At least 8–10 years in Quality Assurance, Food Manufacturing, R&D or related field, with minimum 5 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of QA and food safety programs to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor QA systems through audits, inspections, and performance reviews across sites, suppliers, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards by coordinating with internal teams and regulators.
• Analyze quality performance, investigate issues, and drive corrective actions and improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team through workforce planning and training.
