Job summary

Capacita Consultants, a premier talent search firm, is seeking a QA/QC Manager for an Owner-side role on a major energy project in the Philippines. You will establish and lead the Project Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and standards across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover, and close-out.

The role requires 10–15 years of QA/QC experience, preferably with owner-side exposure in power or heavy infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in QA/QC.
• Experience in power generation, energy, or major infrastructure projects.
• Owner-side QA/QC or quality management experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain the Owner's QA/QC system for the project.
• Oversee EPC contractor and supplier quality plans, procedures, and documentation.
• Lead audits, NCRs, and nonconformance management; ensure timely close-out.
