Vena Energy Services (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a QA/QC focused professional to support construction management for HV facilities, substations, and transmission line projects. The role involves coordinating HSSE and QA/QC activities, supervising tests and inspections, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in substation and transmission line construction, familiarity with PEC/IEEE/IEC standards, and proficiency with AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in substation and transmission line construction.
• Understanding PEC, IEEE/IEC substation standards.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar software.
• Experience in QA/QC in construction
• Willingness to relocate on site

Responsabilités

• Support construction management team and QA/QC for TL/SS and NGCP works.
• Conduct inspections to ensure procedures align with approved method statements and ITPs.
• Oversee quality and workmanship of substation, TL, AC/DC, and grounding installations; review materials for compliance.
• Coordinate with teams to perform quality checks and audits of processes.
• Review design requirements and plans for constructability and risk management.
• Prepare and review reports, BOQ, and cost estimates for EBOP activities.
