Job summary

Vena Energy Services (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee civil construction activities at project sites, including foundations, roads, hardstands and substations. You will coordinate with Owner's Engineers and Contractors, review design documents, monitor progress, and manage NCRs and punch lists to support project handover.

The role requires 5+ years in construction engineering for power plants, with geotechnical knowledge and certification rights.

Qualifications

• Civil engineer with formal degrees and professional recognition.
• Extensive knowledge of foundations, roads, and concrete works.
• Geotechnical understanding and QA/QC awareness.
• 5+ years in construction engineering for power projects, wind power preferred.
• Signature rights for authorities' certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist CBOP Manager in monitoring civil works at sites daily.
• Review design documents for compliance with standards.
• Coordinate design reviews, procurement, and HSSE implementation.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to handover readiness.
• Monitor material deliveries, NCRs, defects, and punchlists.
