Job summary

Vena Energy Services (Australia) Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a PV Electro-mechanical Specialist to supervise construction, QA/QC, and commissioning of a solar project across multiple disciplines on site.

You will coordinate with construction, technical services, O&M, HSSE and other stakeholders, ensuring adherence to method statements, ITPs, and safety standards while directing punch-listing and test activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering or related technical field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Philippine solar power plant construction.
• Willing to be relocated on site; EPC or OE experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC/HSSE compliance monitoring for the solar project.
• Supervise inspections and ensure conformance with method statements and ITP.
• Coordinate with multiple teams for testing, commissioning and punch-listing.
• Review materials quality and monitor technical specification compliance.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and support contractors and suppliers.
