Senior QA/QC Architect

Mandaluyong City | Full-Time | Full Onsite

We’re looking for a Senior QA/QC Architect who can bring a strong eye for detail, sound architectural judgment, and a people-focused approach to our growing team.

You’ll serve as a key quality checkpoint before project deliverables are sent to clients, while also supporting the team through mentoring, training, and day-to-day guidance.

What You’ll Do

• Review architectural drawings and project deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and quality
• Identify errors, gaps, and potential issues before client submission
• Ensure project requirements and team standards are consistently followed
• Guide and mentor architects and new hires
• Provide constructive feedback and help team members improve their work
• Maintain organized project and process documentation
• Help address day-to-day team concerns and keep work standards on track
• Support the development and improvement of team workflows and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Architect with strong knowledge of architectural documentation
• Working knowledge of ArchiCAD, Revit, and/or AutoCAD
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to review others' work objectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in providing feedback, guidance, and direction
• Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities
• Able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
• Global/Australian project experience is an advantageExperience training or mentoring architects/designers is a plus
