Job summary

Structura Architects in Mandaluyong is seeking an experienced architect to elevate project delivery and uphold high-quality standards across teams. You will review drawings, mentor junior staff, and mentor new hires, guiding workflows, and ensuring accuracy before finalization.

You’ll collaborate with architects and designers to improve processes, share feedback, and establish consistent quality across global projects, with a focus on Australian/global standards.

Bring Quality, Experience, and Direction to the Team

Mandaluyong City | Full-Time | Full Onsite

We’re looking for an experienced architect who can take a step beyond project delivery and help ensure the team consistently produces accurate, high-quality work.

You’ll work closely with architects and designers, reviewing deliverables, providing guidance, and helping new team members get up to speed with our workflows and standards.

Your Role

• Review architectural drawings and project documents before they are finalized

• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas that need improvement

• Provide clear and constructive feedback to the team

• Guide and mentor architects and new hires

• Help resolve technical and workflow-related concerns

• Maintain organized project records and important documentation

• Help establish consistent quality standards and working practices

• Work with management to improve team processes and overall output

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Architect with strong knowledge of architectural documentation

• Working knowledge of ArchiCAD, Revit, and/or AutoCAD

• Strong attention to detail and architectural judgment

• Able to confidently review and give feedback on other people's work

• Good communication and people skills

• Experience training, mentoring, or supervising a team is a plus

• Organized, proactive, and dependable

• Comfortable taking initiative and addressing issues when needed

• Global/Australian project experience is an advantage
