Job summary

Visa, a global leader in payments, is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance to oversee Currencycloud’s QA framework and support compliance operations. The role leads a team in the Philippines and collaborates with Visa’s QA leadership to enhance testing processes.

You'll own QA documents, drive monthly results, and mentor staff across time zones, while staying ahead of financial crime regulations. Visa requires at least three days in the office, with rest of schedule aligned by the Hiring

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of quality assurance and risk management around AML/Financial Crime.
• ICA/ACAMS or similar compliance/audit qualification, or a relevant degree.
• Excellent knowledge of UK regulations and legislation including PSPR and the Criminal Finances Act.
• Strong teamwork, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Clear written English communication.
• Experience managing domestic and international reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team located in the Philippines.
• Manage monthly QA execution and results.
• Train and mentor QA team across time zones.
• Own QA documents and templates (Methodology, Desktop Procedures, Monthly QA Workbook, Monthly QA Results Deck).
• Collaborate on cross-functional QA initiatives.
• Present monthly QA results to senior leadership.
