The role focuses on guiding stakeholders, coordinating testing efforts, and delivering reliable, scalable testing outcomes for complex payments technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination.
• Digital fluency and ability to work with Generative AI tools to support daily work.
• Experience in payments, financial services or technology consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads test strategy, validation, and delivery activities across projects with stakeholder communication.
• Provides oversight to teams responsible for testing, certification, and quality across products.
• Owns testing readiness activities for initiatives to ensure successful delivery.
• Designs and reviews test approaches and artifacts with stakeholders.
• Drives troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
