The role emphasizes automation, AI-assisted QA, and compliance across cloud-based architectures, with on-site expectations in Metro Manila. 8+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in QA or SDET leadership.
• Experience managing SDETs across multiple teams.
• Experience developing testing architecture for cloud-based solutions.
• Strong knowledge of API testing and test automation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD.
• Experience with web applications, services, and databases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and manage teams of Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs) across multiple cross-functional teams and vertical domains.
• Drive quality excellence and best engineering practices in collaboration with QA engineers, software engineers, and engineering managers.
• Manage productivity, resource allocation, and work estimation for SDETs, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Hire, retain, and develop QA talent and support career growth of test engineers.
• Define and execute QA strategy and roadmaps in partnership with product management and QA leadership.
• Champion automation and AI advancements to improve QA processes.
• Communicate risks, successes, and missteps to stakeholders and teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations and maintain thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products meeting client needs.
