Job summary

The role requires hands-on testing, strong leadership, and excellent collaboration with engineering, product, and client teams. This hybrid position includes on-site training in Singapore and Manila, with travel support provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality assurance or software testing.
• 2+ years in QA leadership or management.
• Experience building and leading a QA team with hiring and mentoring.
• Hands-on with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prior experience in insurance domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA automation projects and manage day-to-day team activities.
• Set best practices and high standards for quality across deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain automated test suites and DevOps pipelines.
• Act as the main quality gate keeper within the Agile team and own QA activities.
• Collaborate closely with Scrum Master, developers, and stakeholders.
• Plan, organize, and communicate progress and risks to clients.
