Job summary

White Cloak Technologies, Inc. is seeking a QA Automation Test Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated UI, API, and integration tests to ensure application stability, functionality, and overall quality.

You will collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and DevOps to implement and enhance automation within CI/CD pipelines and drive ongoing improvements to QA processes and testing strategies across releases.

This role requires strong scripting skills and a passion for quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in automation testing.
• Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium/WebDriver (with a market shift toward Playwright/Cypress).
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, or C# for writing automated scripts.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies including test planning, risk-based testing, regression strategies, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience testing APIs using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD automation and pipeline integration.

Responsibilities
