Job summary

Arch Global Services Philippines is seeking a QA Engineer to execute manual and automated testing, write scripts, and design automation scenarios for repeat execution using various automation tools. This role emphasizes building and advancing the automation framework and driving quality across features.

You will lead automation efforts, collaborate with Agile teams, document test plans, develop and maintain test scripts with Selenium WebDriver and Java, and ensure test coverage across API,

Qualifications

• Proficient in OOP concepts and hands-on automation and manual testing framework experience.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in API, microservices, integration testing and API documentation.

Responsibilities

• Document and plan test cases for regression, integration, and automation tests.
• Troubleshoot automation and optimize the framework.
• Support functional validation and sprint activities.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure test coverage.
• Build and execute automated test plans; report defects for resolution.
• Continuously improve automation framework and workflows; stay updated with tech trends.
• Lead scrum test teams and mentor juniors on automation trends.
