Arch Global Services Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Software Test Engineer to join our automation team. You will design and implement automated test plans, write scripts in Java, and collaborate with Agile teams to ensure quality across features.

The role emphasizes strong Java development, hands-on automation, and mentoring junior testers while continually improving the automation framework and test processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Java development skills and debugging abilities.
• Hands-on automation and manual testing framework experience.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Maven, Cucumber, Jenkins, and Git.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud repositories (GitHub/GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Experience in Agile teams and test planning/execution/defect reporting.
• 5–12 years of Testing/SDET/Dev experience; prior development knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document and plan test cases for regression, integration, and automation.
• Write test automation scripts in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Troubleshoot automation and optimize the automation framework.
• Support functional validation and sprint activities.
• Lead scrum test teams and mentor junior testers.
