Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our testing team. You will document and plan regression, integration, and automation test plans, and write automation scripts using Java and related tools.

You will lead scrum test activities, mentor junior members, and continuously improve the automation framework while ensuring high-quality delivery of features in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Java development skills with hands-on automation experience.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java for client-side and web apps.
• Proficient with TestNG, JUnit, Maven, Cucumber, and Jenkins.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps / TeamCity.
• Experience working in Agile teams to define test plans and cases.
• 5–12 years in Testing / SDET / Dev; mix acceptable.
• Familiar with cloud repositories (Bitbucket / GitHub / GitLab).

Responsibilities

• Document and plan regression, integration, and automation test plans.
• Write test automation scripts using Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Troubleshoot and optimize the automation framework.
• Support functional validation and sprint activities.
• Collaborate with development teams and product teams to ensure test coverage.
• Lead scrum test teams and mentor juniors on automation trends.
• Continuously improve automation framework and workflows.
