Job summary

Arch Global Services Philippines is seeking a QA Engineer to design, implement, and execute manual and automated tests. The role focuses on building robust automation solutions using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and popular frameworks within an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong debugging skills, experience with API and microservices testing, and the ability to lead test teams while mentoring juniors on modern automation trends. BS in CS/IT or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of Testing/SDET/Dev experience preferred.
• Experience with automation and manual testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Document and plan regression, integration, and automation test plans and test cases with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot automation and optimize the automation framework.
• Support functional validation and sprint activities.
• Coordinate with development and product teams to ensure test coverage.
• Build and extend automation framework to run automated test plans on new features.
• Continuously improve automation workflow and adapt to new technologies.
• Lead scrum test teams and mentor junior members on automation trends.
