Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a seasoned QA Automation Lead to develop and execute an automation strategy for web and mobile apps. You will lead test planning with developers, write scripts using Selenium, Appium, and Playwright, and drive quality through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will maintain automation assets, document results, and continuously adopt new tools to improve efficiency. This is an office-based role in the Manila area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years in solid automation testing with leadership experience.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools: Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Azure DevOps, Jira, Jenkins, Postman, Newman.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an automation testing strategy and select appropriate tools.
• Plan testing activities with developers and stakeholders using Azure DevOps.
• Write automated test scripts and scenarios with WebDriverIO and Appium.
• Maintain and update automated test scripts as applications evolve.
• Execute tests, analyze results, and report defects.
• Document test results, scripts, and findings for future reference.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure quality and user requirements.
• Stay current with new testing tools and techniques and propose improvements.
