Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. seeks a QA Engineer to execute manual and automated testing, develop automation scripts, and optimize the testing framework. You will collaborate with Agile teams and mentors others in modern automation practices.

Strong Java development skills, experience with Selenium WebDriver, and CI/CD tools are required to drive quality across client and web-based applications.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of OOP concepts and hands-on automation and manual testing.
• Excellent Java development skills.
• Proficient in Selenium WebDriver with Java and related tools.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and build management.
• Experience in Agile environments and Testing Life Cycle.
• 5-12 years of Testing/SDET/Dev experience.

Responsibilities

• Documents and plans regression, integration, and automation test cases with the Agile team.
• Writes test automation scripts (Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, etc.).
• Troubleshoots and optimizes the automation framework.
• Supports functional validation and sprint activities.
• Communicates test coverage with development and product teams.
• Builds upon an existing framework to execute automated plans.
• Identifies and reports defects; works to resolve.
• Leads scrum test teams and mentors junior members on automation trends.
