Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking a Senior Automation Test Lead to define and grow the test automation framework and data strategy. You will lead a team, develop automated tests, and ensure consistent defect reporting to support successful project delivery.

Applicants should have 4–5 years in automation testing with leadership experience and strong skills in Selenium, Appium, Playwright, and CI/CD tools. Office-based role in BGC, Taguig takes priority.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
4–5 years of solid automation testing and lead experience.
Strong knowledge of automation testing tools (Selenium, Appium, Playwright).
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Jenkins, Postman, Newman.
Experience developing/executing test cases, analyzing results, and reporting defects.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Define, develop, and maintain test automation framework and data strategy.
Lead automation initiatives and manage testing team members.
Execute automated tests, report incidents, and log defects by severity/priority.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery.
Contribute to Testing Policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Liaise with ITG delivery units and department heads to ensure project success.
