Job summary

Bridgit is seeking a talented QA Engineer to uphold reliability and performance of our digital lending platform. You will design automation for UI, API, and integration layers, mentor peers, and drive testing excellence in a fast-growth fintech team.

The role emphasizes Playwright-based automation, CI/CD collaboration, and data integrity with PostgreSQL, across AWS environments. Interest in AI-driven testing and payments is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on QA automation experience in complex software environments.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js ecosystem.
• Commercial experience with Playwright for end-to-end testing.
• Proven expertise in Page Object Model and other automation design patterns.
• Strong background in CI/CD tools.
• Database skills with PostgreSQL for test data management and validation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).
• Experience working with AI-driven solutions is a strong plus.
• Experience in payments is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive automation testing strategies across UI, API, and integration layers.
• Execute performance and security testing initiatives to ensure systems remain resilient and reliable at scale.
• Champion quality-first practices and foster a culture of testing excellence across engineering teams.
• Mentor team members on automation best practices and emerging testing methodologies.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline optimization to ensure fast, reliable deployments.
