Job summary

BillingPlatform is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to join our fast-growing SaaS team. You will test upgrades, patches, and enhancements, perform end-to-end testing, and ensure quality across the quote-to-cash platform.

You will develop and maintain test plans and automated tests, work with developers and business analysts, and help improve testing processes while collaborating with international clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience in FinTech.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and modern web testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain automated tests.
• Hands-on with automated testing tools and defect tracking (JIRA).
• Proficiency in Java or Groovy; Selenium knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Test upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure compatibility in production.
• Execute component, system, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Perform UAT aligned with approved test cases and plans.
• Report, document, and track defects to resolution.
• Develop and maintain test plans, strategies, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, managers, and users.
• Identify risks and suggest improvements to testing processes.
