Job summary

LegalMatch Philippines is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer with DevOps to design and maintain scalable automation frameworks, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and use AI-powered tools to accelerate validation across web and mobile apps.

You will collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Business teams to improve release readiness, reduce flaky tests, and drive quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

Experience building scalable QA automation frameworks.
Hands-on with Cypress and Playwright for web/mobile.
Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and regression suites using Cypress and Playwright.
Create test strategies, plans, and data for validating software functionality and performance.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines with DevOps teams.
Leverage AI tools to develop and improve test scripts and QA workflows.
Identify flaky tests and diagnose CI/CD failures to optimize pipelines.
Monitor automated builds and deployments to preempt quality risks.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure quality.
Review automation code and mentor QA engineers.
Drive continuous improvement using automation and quality metrics.
Evaluate new automation technologies to improve testing effectiveness.
