Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software quality assurance with hands-on test automation.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and multi-browser testing.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Real-world GenAI experience with OpenAI API, Claude Code, or Cursor.
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• SQL fluency; ability to analyze logs and build dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; remote-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI-enhanced testing strategies using GenAI to surface edge cases.
• Develop and evolve Selenium-based automation frameworks in Python/Java/JS.
• Integrate quality into CI/CD pipelines across tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Mine test results and telemetry to create KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to define acceptance criteria and testability.
• Mentor junior analysts and evangelize GenAI-assisted practices.
