A Senior Writer is a key member of the proposal team, responsible for managing and delivering high‑quality responses to complex bid and proposal documents for prospective and existing clients. This role requires advanced writing skills, strong subject‑matter expertise, and the ability to coordinate the RFP process and related activities with limited oversight, while operating within established guidelines and policies. The Senior Specialist may also be called upon to support management tasks as needed, ensuring continuity and effective team operations during periods of increased demand or in the absence of key personnel.
