Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a skilled Proposal Coordinator to join the Pursuit and Sales Enablement Team in Manila. You will coordinate and manage proposals across Arcadis businesses, guiding the team and ensuring timely, compliant submissions.

You will collaborate with regional teams, manage workloads, and support client development needs while working under tight deadlines and evolving requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office Applications.
• Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is an advantage.
• Minimum of five years coordinating, scheduling, editing and producing proposals, statements of qualifications, reports or presentations.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, English, Business Admin or Engineering related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the pursuit process from kick-off to client response delivery, including editing, formatting, and proofreading proposals.
• Provide guidance to Proposal Coordinators and liaise with section managers for trainings.
• Manage workload and resources to ensure timely submission of deliverables.
• Collaborate with regional Pursuit Teams and Bid Managers to develop proposal messaging and win themes.
• Obtain support from marketing, HR, finance and technical teams as required.
