Job summary

BMW Financial Services in Mexico is seeking a Sen. Spec. Business Enabler & Projects to drive operational efficiency and project governance. You will coordinate IT demand, release planning, and align market needs with roadmaps, working with leadership, internal teams, and external partners.

The role requires 3+ years in consulting/finance/operations, a strong process background, and fluency in English and Spanish. Full-time, based in Mexico, with a focus on process improvement and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance or related.
• 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Operations, or other similar experience where analytical and critical thinking skills are transferable.
• Strong operational and process background with the ability to define opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Accompany market demands through planning processes such as need for change, roadmap, long-range plan and implementation.
• Interface with the local COO function and central steering and monitoring functions for projects and central domains.
• Responsible for support of projects/ system enhancements derived from process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure a single point of contact for the business and IT unit with regards to IT activities such as planning/execution training and communication.
• Evaluate and analyze data, business processes, procedures and controls and identify opportunities for optimization.
