Job summary

Element Fleet Management seeks an experienced IT leader to oversee the Mexico IT strategy, align platform integrations with business goals, and drive performance and innovation. You will guide planning, design and delivery of external-facing information systems, ensuring seamless collaboration across Operations, Commercial and technology teams.

Lead a cross-functional group to deliver on platform transitions, automation and efficiency initiatives, while managing vendor relationships and ensuring

Qualifications

• 10+ years operating as an IT leader in the application development space.
• Proven experience as a strategic technology leader in dynamic environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through large-scale, complex changes while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive logical approach to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical delivery, implementation and consultation of various platform integrations and implementations including Mexico Applications.
• Provide solutions-based capabilities and drive efficiency and automation across the organization.
• Manage vendor relations to ensure products and services are on time, within budget and meet project specifications.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize new initiatives to enable growth and transformation.
