BairesDev is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to lead design and optimization of operational workflows across our global teams. You will turn data-driven insights into streamlined, automated processes that boost performance and efficiency.

You will map processes, define metrics, automate using Excel/Sheets/SQL, and collaborate with TA Ops, Finance, and Operations to deliver measurable impact. English proficiency is essential for cross-team communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Process Improvement or Operations Analysis.
• Proven skills in process mapping, data analysis and metrics definition.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and SQL for automation.
• Hands-on experience with TA Ops, Finance or Operations workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-related efficiency improvements and prompt engineering.
• Advanced English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of operational workflows across teams.
• Map processes, identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation.
• Develop and monitor key metrics to evaluate impact of changes.
• Collaborate with TA Ops, Finance and Operations on tailored workflows.
• Integrate AI-driven efficiencies and prompt engineering into SOPs.
• Produce documentation and reports communicating process health and recommendations.
