Job summary

RBox International Solutions Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate and execute technology initiatives across engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, and operations.

The ideal candidate is an organized communicator and systems thinker with strong attention to detail, a bias for action, and the ability to work across multiple time zones and teams. This night shift work-from-home position typically runs 9am EST to 6pm EST.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in IT, software, or compliance-heavy environments.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to simplify complex updates.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience using Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or cloud-native systems is a plus.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT governance.
• Comfortable working overlapping hours with U.S. leadership and leading teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor multiple IT and software development projects.
• Build and maintain project schedules, dashboards, and risk logs in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Microsoft 365.
• Partner with project managers, developers, and analysts to ensure timelines, scope, and deliverables are clear and tracked.
• Summarize project progress, blockers, and next steps for executive reporting.
• Manage dependencies across teams (engineering, operations, compliance) and elevate issues early.
• Support documentation and governance tracking for audits, release management, and change control.
• Lead regular cadence meetings (daily standups, weekly syncs, monthly reviews) to ensure clarity and accountability.
• Create structured templates, reports, and tools that help the IT team work efficiently.

This role drives alignment, structure, and follow-through across projects that span engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, and operations. The ideal candidate is an organized communicator and systems thinker with strong attention to detail, a bias for action, and the ability to work across multiple time zones and teams.

This position is a night shift work-from-home position with a typical schedule of 9am EST - 6pm EST.

Key Responsibilities

(Including, but not limited to, the following):
