Job summary

The Senior Project Manager - Greenfield Development at Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines will lead the end-to-end delivery of the NOL Greenfield project in Tarlac, coordinating civil, structural, utilities and process equipment work. You will manage engineering teams, major suppliers, and supporting services to meet scope, budget, schedule, safety, and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience leading large-scale capital projects valued at €100M+
• Background in FMCG, Manufacturing, Beverage, Food Processing, Logistics, or Industrial Infrastructure
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary and multicultural project teams
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills in complex project environments
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and conflict resolution capabilities
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master’s in Project Management is an advantage)
• Exposure to international project teams and global stakeholders is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, SAP, and other project management tools
• Willingness to be primarily based in Tarlac, with travel to Santa Rosa as required

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Greenfield Development project in Tarlac, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, quality, safety and governance compliance
• Direct and manage cross-functional workstreams through the engineering team, suppliers and support services
• Establish and maintain procurement plans, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across multinational teams
• Implement project management standards and controls following applicable local regulations and corporate standards
• Drive Zero Harm and ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability requirements
• Provide clear performance feedback and leadership to project team members and workstream leads
