Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines Inc. is seeking a Production Team Leader to drive line KPIs—Quality, Safety, Environment, Productivity, Cost and Service—through focused planning, maintenance coordination, and continuous improvement.

You will lead weekly and daily production scheduling, coordinate maintenance planning with the Maintenance team, and review QA analyses to ensure top line performance.

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Manufacturing, Production, or related areas.
• High proficiency in digital and system tools (i.e. SAP) and Microsoft applications.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Highly analytical with good written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning for line improvement.
• Benchmarking and replication to identify improvement opportunities for line performance.
• Budget preparation and review based on line strategic plans.
• Plan weekly and daily production schedules.
• Coordinate pre- and post-maintenance planning with Maintenance team.
• Verify overall line safety status and QA analyses.
• Lead daily line production meetings and set direction.
• Coach and mentor associates; conduct performance reviews and career planning.
• Identify training gaps and implement training/development plans.
• Develop feedback and recognition system for direct reports.
