Job summary

Zuellig Pharma, located in Sun Valley, Philippines, invites applications for a Senior Project Manager. You will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within the supply chain, applying standard PM methodologies and governance to coordinate technical experts and workstreams.

You will drive project governance, establish timelines, manage risks in complex environments, ensure documentation quality, and facilitate communication across geographic boundaries.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years progressive project/program management experience; 5–7 years in senior leadership roles
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information systems, supply chain or related field
• PM skill set across large-scale, cross-functional projects (design, automation, logistics operations) including governance
• Warehouse automation or migration experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce standard project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) in line with corporate standards
• Coordinate cross-functional planning and dependency management across Operations, IT, Quality, Finance, Procurement, and Engineering
• Oversee deployment of operations projects (warehouse automation, new facilities, client onboarding, new services) ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery
• Manage risks, issues, and change controls to meet business objectives and stakeholder requirements
• Report progress with executive-level documents and governance artifacts; ensure go-live readiness and smooth handover
