Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to ensure contractual obligations are clearly understood and aligned with business practices. You will identify gaps, assign owners, and drive practical actions to address gaps, while providing governance, monitoring, and reporting on progress.

The role requires strong analytical skills, solid experience in contract management or related fields, and the ability to coordinate with multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or Business is required.
• Experience in contract management or related fields is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify process gaps.
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient written and spoken English; ability to communicate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess client contracts, including amendments and obligations.
• Identify key compliance, operational, reporting, and other contract requirements.
• Translate contract requirements into clear business requirements.
• Compare contract requirements with actual business practices and identify gaps.
• Maintain a centralized gap register and assign owners for action items.
• Coordinate with relevant business units to validate gaps and actions.
• Monitor progress and follow up with responsible owners.
• Ensure actions are documented with evidence and proper reporting.
• Develop and submit regular gap registers and governance reports.
