Job summary

EPAM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our global delivery teams. You will steer complex remediation initiatives, align cross-functional groups, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes for enterprise projects.

The role requires hands-on leadership, 10+ years in program management, strong AD/identity management, and excellent English communication. You will collaborate with engineering, security, and operations across multinational teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of relevant professional background.
At least 5 years in Lead/Manager/Owner/Architect/Coordinator roles.
Minimum 2 years leading teams of 40+ staff.
Participation in 8+ full-cycle projects across the development lifecycle.
Experience with infrastructure, Active Directory, or enterprise security initiatives.
Strong English communication and ability to convey technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

Oversee remediation strategy ensuring tasks are properly ordered, staffed, and on schedule.
Direct technical implementation teams to guarantee smooth rollout of remediation efforts.
Monitor progress, ownership designations, and compliance indicators for status visibility.
Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to maintain momentum.
Deliver executive-level status updates to leadership on progress and milestones.
