Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks an experienced .NET Tech Lead to guide development teams in delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. You will provide technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure project deliveries meet timeframes and quality standards.

You will collaborate with multi-national teams, drive best practices, and own subsystems or projects. The role requires 8+ years in software development with .NET/C#, cloud, and CI/CD expertise, and a strong commitment to continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience (.NET).
• Strong .NET and C# expertise.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
• Hands-on DockerContainerization experience.
• Strong unit testing and test-driven development.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
• B2 English level.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams, providing technical guidance and collaboration.
• Drive advanced debugging to resolve issues in production and development.
• Ensure products deliver business value, on time, with high quality, and low technical debt.
• Act as a role model, fostering learning and continuous improvement.
• Introduce process improvements to enhance team efficiency and outcomes.
• Participate in staff hiring, onboarding, and career development.
• Provide tactical vision and take ownership of subsystems or projects.
• Work independently, deliverables ownership, and thorough testing against test cases.
