Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent certification.
• 8+ years of relevant professional background, including at least 3 years in Lead/Manager/Architect roles.
• Experience overseeing a team of 20+ people and delivering large-scale digital programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery efforts for extensive digital programs and oversee initiation, planning, and execution.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in release management to ensure high-quality solutions.
