Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive complex remediation initiatives across engineering, security, and operations. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, track progress, and report to senior leadership to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of professional experience, strong English communication, and proven leadership in large-scale projects, with familiarity with Jira and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional project management experience.
• 3+ years in lead/manager roles.
• Experience leading 20+ person teams.
• Experience in multiple full-cycle projects.
• Experience with infrastructure/security projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Infrastructure and Security.

• Manage remediation plan sequencing and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute activities.
• Track progress, ownership, and compliance metrics.
