Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional background.
• At least 5 years in Lead/Manager/Owner/Architect/Coordinator roles.
• Minimum 2 years leading teams of 40+ staff.
• Participation in 8+ full-cycle projects across the development lifecycle.
• Experience with infrastructure, Active Directory, or enterprise security initiatives.
• Strong English communication and ability to convey technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to become part of our team. This position requires a hands-on, meticulous professional who can steer intricate initiatives toward successful outcomes. Responsibilities

• Oversee the comprehensive remediation strategy, making certain all tasks are correctly ordered, staffed, and completed within schedule
• Direct technical implementation teams to guarantee the smooth rollout of remediation efforts across involved departments
• Monitor remediation progress, ownership designations, and compliance indicators to preserve clear insight into project status and accountability
• Handle risks, dependencies, and escalations by proactively resolving obstacles to maintain uninterrupted project momentum
• Deliver executive-level status updates to keep senior leadership apprised of progress, potential risks, and critical milestones

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional background
• At least 5 years of experience serving in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator capacities
• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team of 40 or more staff members
• Participation in at least 8 full-cycle projects, or involvement across multiple projects covering various stages of the development lifecycle
• Experience spearheading infrastructure, Active Directory, or enterprise security initiatives
• Solid grasp of Active Directory, LDAP/LDAPS, Windows Server environments, and identity management principles
• Experience coordinating technical teams spanning Engineering, Infrastructure, Information Security, and Operations
• Capability to manage technical dependencies, implementation schedules, risk mitigation, and change management processes
• Hands-on experience using Jira, ServiceNow, and enterprise reporting platforms for monitoring tasks, incidents, and project metrics
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities to enable data-driven decisions
• Advanced English communication skills (C1 or higher), with a demonstrated ability to convey technical concepts clearly to varied audiences

• Possession of a Project Management certification (such as PMP or similar) would be viewed as an advantage
