Job summary

Red Construction Technik is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to supervise construction projects from planning to turnover. The role emphasizes quality control, safety, and compliance with drawings, specs, and contract requirements.

The ideal candidate will lead Project Engineers, coordinate teams, and ensure projects meet company standards and client expectations with a strong focus on quality assurance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Licensed Civil Engineer with at least seven years of relevant construction experience.
Experience supervising Project Engineers and coordinating large civil/infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of quality control and QA/QC processes.
Ability to review drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise projects through Project Engineers and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and other resources.
Review progress reports, schedules, quality records, and site concerns.
Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, contract requirements, and approved methodologies.
Lead safety and site coordination, documentation, and reporting.
Represent the Company in meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
