Job summary

International Marketing Group is seeking a Project Management Head to lead planning, budgeting, and execution of engineering projects including new constructions, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades, with end-to-end supervision and strict cost control.

You will manage project engineers, technicians, and site supervisors, coordinate with procurement and finance, monitor progress against KRAs and KPIs, and ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction and procurement.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Deep understanding of building systems incl. HVAC, MEP, civil and structural elements.
• Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage vendors, contracts, and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and execute all engineering projects including new constructions, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades in collaboration with the Lead Architect.
• Supervise end-to-end construction and renovation projects, ensuring quality, safety, and code compliance.
• Oversee regular and emergency maintenance across facilities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil).
• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, budgeting, and value engineering.
• Evaluate contractor and vendor quotations; monitor expenditure and cash flow against budgets.
• Manage interim and final payments to contractors and suppliers per progress and contracts.
• Lead project engineers, technicians, and site supervisors.
• Coordinate with procurement, admin, and finance for timely resources.
• Track projects and maintenance against KRAs and KPIs; maintain records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety norms, and internal standards.
