Job summary

ASSIST is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive development projects within the PMO, coordinating with multiple units to deliver sustainable outcomes for vulnerable communities. You will ensure effective collaboration with donors and partners and guide project delivery across sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 3 years in community development or project management, and fluency in English and Tagalog.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in community development or project management.
• Proficient in English and Tagalog.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak and present in meetings.
• Highly motivated with ability to work independently and in teams.
• Able to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Acquisition, Contracting & Finance and other units.
• Support PMO Lead and Director; manage donor and partner relations.
• Coordinate project activities at sites and engage communities.
• Mobilize communities and disseminate project information.
• Assist baseline data collection and situational analysis.
• Conduct capacity-building trainings.
• Prepare reports for donors and management.
• Maintain records and MIS data.
• Collaborate across units on new developments.
