Job summary

B2B Automations is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Technical Staff and drive project delivery on site in the Philippines. You will supervise multiple projects, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure safety, quality, and timely turnover.

The role requires engineering or architecture background, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to manage fieldwork, site inspections, and contractor coordination while working under pressure to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Architecture degree required.
• Experience in managing construction projects.
• Proven ability in project planning, implementation, turnover.
• Strong site supervision and contractor coordination skills.
• Excellent client, supplier, and team communication.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
• Good leadership and high sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to fieldwork and site assignments.
