Project Manager

(Fit Out / Civil Structural)

QALIFICATIONS:

• Must be licensed Civil Engineer
• At least 5 to 10yrs of experience in project management (Project Manager position and the likes), preferably in the Construction commercial Building.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar 2D and 3D planning software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines

- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors to understand project requirements and client expectations

- Ensure all necessary resources, including materials and manpower, are available and scheduled for the project

2. Execution and Monitoring

- Supervise all Project In-Charges and ensure they fulfill their assigned duties

-Providing proper guidance and instruction to the Project In-Charges on what site activities to do, site methods, procedures, processes in accordance with the project plan

- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to stay on track

3. Communication:

- Serve as the primary point person during the project construction process

- Provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns or issues promptly

- Obtain necessary approvals from clients or agents for any concerns

4. Quality Control and Problem Solving:

-Ensure that work on assigned Project sites meets quality standards and client specifications

- Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the installation process

- Conduct final inspections and handovers to agents and clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the completed project

5. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, progress reports, and client communications

- Prepare and present project status reports to management

6. Technical Competencies

-Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
