You will manage deliverables, serve as a subject matter expert, and contribute to governance standards while supporting ongoing team activities and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of senior-level experience.
• Strong ability to independently manage complex deliverables.
• Experience in first-line team leadership including work allocation, coaching, and quality review.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in HR & Payroll, Accounting & Tax, or Global Entity Management is an advantage.
• Practitioner-level project management certification such as PRINCE2 or Agile is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects and deliverables independently, ensuring timelines, quality, and governance standards are met.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions for complex operational or client-related issues.
• Identify and drive process, tool, and service improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and regions, managing expectations and resolving challenges.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing to junior team members.
• Support daily team activities, work allocation, and quality oversight.
